SHIPPING POLICY

In Stock items will ship within 2-3 business days.  Custom order turnaround times will be specified in each individual listing. All orders will be shipped via USPS and tracking will be provided once the order is packaged.  

RETURN POLICY

We appreciate your purchase.  We do our best to adequately describe each item.  Sales are final on custom items.  Please review all listing details such as measurements and materials before purchasing. If an item received is defective please take pictures and contact us ASAP.  If you have concerns about an order please let us know within 7 - 14 days. If you are not fully satisfied and want to send a non-custom item back you are responsible for the shipping cost.  Once your item is item is received and inspected a shop credit will be issued to apply to a future purchase.  Thank you for supporting my small business.
